Important information about our training policies
All training plans are subject to change based on market factors (e.g., fuel prices). Once a plan is confirmed, payment is made, or training has begun, no changes can be made.
All plan fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. If training is not completed within the plan's validity period, no refund will be issued.
Car training includes 15 days (30 minutes or 5-7 km per session) and two-wheeler training includes 8 days (45 minutes per session). Training must be completed continuously - car training within 15-18 days and two-wheeler training within 8-10 days. Additional days or extended duration will incur extra charges. The training center is closed on Sundays.
License fees are separate and cover one exam attempt. If unsuccessful, the license fee must be paid again for subsequent attempts.
Any damage caused by the customer to the training vehicle, driving school property, equipment, or any other vehicle (including third-party vehicles) during the training period shall be entirely the customer’s responsibility. The driving school and its management shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, or damage suffered by the customer, instructor, third party, or any vehicle during the course of training.
Training must be completed without breaks. In case of any disputes, the management's decision will be final and binding on all parties.
